The products purchased on the site are actually present and are usually shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment. The average delivery times are 3/7 working days from time of shipment. It can however in some cases, happen that the product is not immediately available, if that happens you will be contacted and we will specify you about the time to wait; in this case it is your right to cancel the order and payment at no cost.
In cases of customization required, the shipment of the order can vary for a few days according to the request made. In this case you can ask for specific information by writing an email to: email@example.com you will have an immediate response.
- Delivery methods
The courier deliveries are made on working days, from Monday to Friday (excluding Saturdays and holidays).
There are one or two attempts at delivery depending on destination country
Upon delivery of the goods by the postman or courier the customer is required to check that the packaging is not damaged or wet or altered. In case of any doubt accept the parcel only marking on the docket "subject to verification" and / or contacting us immediately.
Once signed the delivery note of the courier, the Customer may not make any objection about the quantity and quality of what has been received.

- Damaged products
Any external damage on packages must be immediately reported to the courier, adding the word "withdrawal conditional" on the accompanying document of the Courier and must also be immediately reported to Ruggero Pallaoro at email@example.com
- Delayed delivery
The complaints may be lodged within six days from the non-receipt with respect to the day scheduled for delivery at the address firstname.lastname@example.org
