Returns and refunds
The customer has the right to withdraw the contract (as provided for by Legislative Decree no. 21 of 21 February 2014) and to unequivocally inform Ruggero Pallaoro as to its desire not to hold a Product purchased on the Website or directly at any time before Ruggero Pallaoro send the Order Confirmation; or within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the Product by the Customer.
Customers can not longer perform their right of withdrawal after expiry of withdraw Deadline.
As long as the product will be found in your availability, you will have a legal duty to guard it diligently.
Products must be returned with all the protective materials, labels, and the labels that were originally attached to them and they will be subjected to a quality inspection and an operational test.
The customer must take care of the Product and shall indemnify Ruggero Pallaoro for any deterioration of the product resulting from the handling of the same different from those needed to determine the nature, operation and features.
The Custom Products can't be returned for replacement or refund. This is without prejudice, however, to your rights in relation to faulty products Custom or not as described. All returned products will be subject to a rigorous quality control to ensure they meet the conditions stated above. If the Quality Control is negative, Ruggero Pallaoro will inform the customer reserving to ask the full compensation of the damage.
