Returns and refunds


The Customer has the right to withdraw, in whole or in part, each Order, without any penalties and without having to specify the reasons thereof, by and no later than 14 days from the day the Products are received. After such 14-day term, the Order may no longer be withdrawn.

To this end, to verify compliance with the aforementioned term, the date of delivery of the Products resulting from the delivery tracking system made available by the carrier on its website shall prevail.

If you decide to request the replacement of the Products or to exercise the aforementioned Withdrawal, the Customer must first notify Ruggero Pallaoro of his wishes by writing to the following email address:
In case of exercise of such right to withdraw, the Customer must return, within the above period, the Products to Ferragamo, handing them to a courier together with a return form duly filled out. The Products must be in their original state and packaging, with their tag still attached (where applicable). Should the Customer fail to do so, the withdrawal shall not be deemed to have been validly exercised.


As long as the Product is available to you, you will have a legal obligation to keep it with diligence.

The Products must be returned, with all protective materials, labels, and tags that were originally attached to them and will be subjected to a quality inspection and a functional test.

The Customer will have to take care of the Product and will have to compensate Ruggero Pallaoro for any deterioration of the Product that derives from a manipulation of the same other than that necessary to establish its nature, operation and characteristics.

Personalized Products cannot be returned for replacement or refund. This will not, however, affect your rights in relation to defective or mismatched Personalized Products.

All returns will be subjected to a Quality Control to verify that the Products and their packaging meet the conditions indicated above. If the Quality Control gives a negative result, Ruggero Pallaoro will inform the Customer, reserving the right to request the eventual and full compensation for the damage.

Once the existence of the requisites for the replacement of the Product or for the exercise of Withdrawal has been verified, the Seller will notify the Customer of the acceptance of the return and proceed with the replacement of the Product or, in the case of Withdrawal, the reimbursement of the Purchase Price and any shipping costs incurred by the Customer ("Refund").
Provided that the Customer has correctly followed this procedure, the costs of shipping/Returns will be fully borne by the Seller.
The Seller undertakes to carry out the Reimbursement procedure described above within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the returned Products. The Refund will be made through the same payment method used by the Customer for the Order.
