This large walnut bowl has been turned from a branch of the tree to emphasize the veins and the light, dark wood contrast. The finish with natural oil gives a beautiful satin and velvety appearance even to the touch.

The inside treatment was done with an absolutely non-toxic oil formulated specifically for contact with food. This beautiful italian walnut bowl can be used as a centerpiece but also showcased alone as a sculptural piece on a contemporary console or modern side table, for an amazing effect.
